Welcome to the Baustert Family Archive

This archive was built from 46 8mm film reels and 42 VHS tapes of home movies filmed by James "Jim" Baustert and recorded from 1955 to 2002. All of the 8mm film reels have been digitally remastered and contain audio narrations by Jim.

The content has been curated and cataloged to make for easy navigation and search. All families featured in the footage are tagged and you can use the location search feature to look up specific events.

This archive is currently managed by Daniel Waters, grandson of James Baustert, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
